By using TRIPnTRIKS, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TRIPnTRIKS ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

TRIPnTRIKS is a free group travel planning and expense tracking application built on Google Apps Script. It allows users to plan itineraries, track group expenses, manage budgets, and collaborate with travel companions.

3. Google Account Requirement

Trip organizers must have a Google account to use TRIPnTRIKS. By signing in, you authorize TRIPnTRIKS to access your Google Drive solely for the purpose of creating and managing trip spreadsheets as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Free Service

TRIPnTRIKS is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future, but core functionality will remain free. We also accept voluntary tips via Ko-fi to support development.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the app only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or abuse the app or its infrastructure
Not use the app to store illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Keep your trip passcodes secure and not share them with unauthorized persons

6. Data Ownership

You own all data you enter into TRIPnTRIKS. Trip data is stored in your own Google Drive. We make no claim of ownership over your trip data.

7. Availability and Reliability

TRIPnTRIKS is built on Google Apps Script and depends on Google's infrastructure. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Service may be interrupted due to Google quota limits, maintenance, or other factors outside our control. We are not liable for data loss or service interruptions.

8. Affiliate Links

The app may display affiliate links to third-party booking services (Agoda, Klook, Airalo). These are clearly labeled. We may earn a commission if you make a purchase through these links, at no extra cost to you.

9. Intellectual Property

TRIPnTRIKS and its original software, interface design, content, and functionality are the property of Quiet Logic Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

TRIPnTRIKS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Quiet Logic Solutions is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, financial discrepancies, or trip planning errors.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith between the parties. For unresolved disputes, the laws of the developer's country of residence shall apply.
